Code requires studs every 24" but we put them every 16" to improve strength.

From studs to the full finish, there is no renovation project to big or small for BLM. BLM Renovations has over 75 years of combined experience in the trade with Jack having 40+ years and Terry having 30+.

We build things correctly to code: Alberta Building Codes, Electrical Codes, and Stair Codes, for example. We also exceed building codes to increase the strength of what we build. For example, we construct with studs spaced 16″ on centre (rather than the 2ft on centre minimum requirement.) Another example is that we use pine in the bathroom, and not MDF. BLM Renovators puts quality first.
